Main service size, panel labeling, breaker condition, working clearance in front of gear, any exposed conductors or unlabeled circuits.

Push-test each emergency light and illuminated exit sign. Photograph any failures with the room number.

Riser room condition, gauge pressures, control valves open and supervised, most recent inspection tag date, spare head cabinet stocked, no obstructed or painted heads.

Panel status normal, no trouble signals, monitoring service confirmed, pull stations unobstructed, detector coverage in mechanical and storage rooms.

Per suite: finishes, ceiling tiles, lighting, HVAC delivery, and any tenant-installed equipment. Photograph vacant suites for leasing evidence.

Mechanical, electrical, janitorial, and IT rooms. Confirm no combustible storage in electrical or sprinkler riser rooms.
