DoneTrace is maintained by the DoneTrace team to answer common privacy questions about the product.

What we collect

Your account email, the checklists and steps you create, runs you complete, notes you add, files you upload as proof, and basic usage events to keep the service healthy.

Who can see it

Only you and the workspaces you intentionally share with. Row-level security on every record. Share links you create are scoped and revocable.

Where it lives

In our managed backend with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data.

Photos of other people's property

Most of what you capture in DoneTrace is somewhere occupied by someone else. For that content you are the controller and we are the processor: you decide what is collected, why, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept, and we hold and process it on your instruction. We do not use your inspection photos to train models, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone except the recipients of share links you create.

If an occupant asks you to delete images of their home, that request goes to you, not to us — you control the record. We will help you action it. If you need a data processing agreement for EU or UK work, email support@donetrace.com.

Deletion

Email support@donetrace.com to delete your account and associated data.
